Use it fairly
- Only watch content you have the right to access. Couchwave does not provide, host or unlock any video. Each person plays it from the original service, or the host shares their own screen with friends.
- Don't use Couchwave to rebroadcast content to the public in a way that breaks the law or the terms of the service you're watching.
- Don't harass people, share illegal or harmful content, spam, or try to disrupt or break the service.
Public parties
If you list a party publicly, its title and note must be appropriate for a general audience. We may remove public listings that are reported or that break these terms.
No warranty
Couchwave is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or work with every website, and streaming sites can change in ways that affect syncing.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Couchwave.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Couchwave means you accept the update.
